Visit the award-winning Queijo Vaquinha dairy farm & creamery to meet the happy cows of the Azores, tour the factory for a behind-the-scenes look at the process from start to finish and sample some cheese! A dream for cheese enthusiasts and animal lovers, this unique experience is part hands-on learning, part tasting. Learn all about cheesemaking from the local experts and experience the process behind the product.
Highlights:
- Meet the vacas felizes (happy cows) that produce the dairy, try your hand at milking a cow and feed some adorable baby cows!
